With our mission statement in mind, APEX will recognize an individual, a physician group or a department on a monthly basis. Positive comments from a variety of sources, including Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores, Discharge Call Manager and Thank You Doctor card comments will be utilized to select the individual(s) that will be recognized.
