How do I start changing a habit?

It takes 21 days to form a new habit. After 21 days, doing right gets easier and fun. Let's begin now.

1) First, decide what habit you want to change and when.

  • Call when you do something right to celebrate
  • Call when you do something wrong to feel accountability and support
  • Tell us when to call you to keep yourself on track. Set a goal, and a deadline, and have us call you at that date and time.
    Ex: "Don't do X for 3 days. Coach, call me on day 4."
